Town Centre Parking is a chartered surveying company specialising exclusively in car parks, with over 20 years’ experience across both the public and private sector. We provide a full suite of general practice surveying services including consultancy/advisory, development consultancy, agency and landlord and tenant, with a consistent goal of ensuring that parking assets generate maximum value, whilst providing a high-quality service for scheme customers, residents and other stakeholders, as well as supporting and enabling sustainable mobility and tech-based, modern living initiatives.
Alasdair Robertson
Alasdair Robertson is a co-founding Director, with responsibility for business development and partnerships, as well as delivery of work for a number of the company’s main clients.
After gaining a degree in Land Economy from Cambridge University and qualifying as a chartered surveyor at Strutt & Parker, Alasdair identified a gap in the UK property market for a general practice, chartered surveying company with an exclusive focus on the car park asset class, subsequently establishing TCPL in 1995.
Alasdair has worked extensively with both the public and private sectors and has in-depth expertise in and experience of parking serving numerous different land uses.

Matthew Maudling
Matthew is a qualified chartered surveyor and director of TCPL having concentrated on the parking sector for 20 years.
In addition to providing professional and agency advice, he also covers the investment sector with instructions including the £500M NCP portfolio acquisition for Davidson Kempner in 2016.
He is also increasingly involved in the alternatives market within car parks, such modal transport hubs, solar car ports, EV charging and urban logistics.

Matthew Wilson
Matthew Wilson has been employed at Town Centre Parking as a surveyor since 2015where he is a key member of the team, contributing to every aspect of the business and leading on the delivery on a broad range of instructions.
Matthew has completed instructions across every one of TCPL’s business lines, undertaking advisory, landlord and tenant, valuation and agency work as both assisting surveyor and project lead.
Using his now deep understanding of the industry, Matthew specialises in the development of bespoke financial modelling tools and contributes a wealth of experience regarding the operational and financial specifics of parking.
